great three plants for 10 bucks, but almost 11 bucks to mail ,kinda a rip
I placed my order with the yahoos who sell these plants almost six weeks ago. Three weeks ago I started calling them asking where the order was. I was told it was shipped on March 17th from New York. I live in Philadelphia and still don’t have the order.
They have no way of tracking the order – I’ve called them three times and was extremely polite only to be treated like I was a right royal pain in the a**. Every time I call they tell me that the order should be “there” by the end of the week. What’s the package coming by Pony Express? C’mon!!
It’s one thing to stretch the truth, it’s another to be ignorant and flat out lie. I’m calling them now for a full refund. We’ll see what happens next. What a bunch of freaking drama over a bunch of stupid plants. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!
