I just ran across this review of the Ab Circle Pro. It shows this guy unpackaging his Ab Circle, putting it together, and doing a short demo. Looks like it offers a pretty good workout too. Either that, or maybe the guy in the video is just a wuss?

I think it’s as fun to see a sexy sports model demo new exercise equipment as the next person, but it’s sort of refreshing to see an Average Joe do a little demo of his own just to make sure the product really lives up to the hype.
Convinced? I Know I was.
